We have expanded our facilities in the Europa Building in Valencia with a new area of rooms, differentiated from the office's work area and which will be mainly dedicated to customer service. These are four meeting rooms of different sizes, totaling 100 square meters and are technologically prepared to hold online conferences.
The growth of Tomarial and the safety and hygiene measures imposed by the pandemic have motivated this expansion of our central offices in Valencia and the reorganization of the workspaces. From now on, the office separates two well-defined areas in the offices: the internal staff work area, which includes reception and administration, and the new meeting and customer service area. All on the same first mezzanine floor of the emblematic Europa Building, at number 30 Avenida de Aragón, totaling more than 550 square meters.
The new area of Tomarial consists of four rooms for independent use. To the existing meeting room, three new interconnected rooms have been added, of different sizes and equipped with professional videoconference systems, individual Wi-Fi and access to the office's intranet. All three rooms are acoustically soundproofed to guarantee the confidentiality of conversations. Double glazing with an air chamber has been used and the insulation of the air ducts has also been taken into account for soundproofing.
This new space allows cross ventilation, since it has double access from inside and outside the building. One more safety and hygiene factor that adds to the strict measures that Tomarial has applied since the beginning of the pandemic: continuous cleaning and sanitation, temperature and distance measurement, as well as the implementation of teleworking. The rooms are prepared to hold face-to-face or telematic meetings with clients and also with equipment, since they have an access connection to the office's computer systems.
Antonio Ballester, managing partner of Tomarial, considers that with this expansion and reorganization of the office's headquarters “we adapt to the current demands of teleworking and we can provide better customer service: safe spaces and new rooms perfectly prepared for videoconference service. The client can access a face-to-face meeting in a space isolated from the work area, sanitized, soundproof and technologically equipped. And we provide our team with four different rooms where they can hold videoconferences in the best conditions ”.
The reform of the headquarters of Tomarial has also included a redistribution of the reception and a new organization of the work areas, concentrating the administration area for better functionality. In addition, the new corporate image of the firm and the new logo have already been implemented, which have been redesigned this year as a symbol of the continuous evolution of Tomarial and its permanent effort to adapt to the demands of the market and its clients.
