Data Protection Area

• We carry out the implementation of the standard in accordance with the provisions of the EU REGULATION 2016/679 and the Law 03/2018 of data protection and guarantee of digital rights by performing the following works:

  1. Verification and documentation of treatment.
  2. Preparation of the management document.
  3. General review of documentation used and adaptation to the standard.
  4. Drafting of legal clauses for compliance with the principles established in the GDPR.
  5. Drafting of Confidentiality Agreements.
  6. Drafting of data processing contracts with TREATMENT MANAGERS.
  7. Drafting of contracts for the provision of services without access to data.
  8. Preparation of the Protocol of rights of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, portability and opposition.
  9. Preparation of corresponding informative and printed badges in compliance with article 3.
  10. LSSICE adaptation of the association's website (Law on Security of Information Services and Electronic Commerce).
  11. Control of treatments acting as third parties.
  12. Unlimited advice via phone or Email.
  13. Representation before the AGPD.
