Tomás Vázquez Lépinette, founding partner of Tomarial and professor of Commercial Law at the University of Valencia, has written "Contractual aspects of startups", a new publication edited by Tirant lo Blanch. All this with the purpose of helping the reader to understand the contrasting interests of the different participants in a startup and to facilitate its regulation, avoiding or limiting the possibility of conflicts and maximizing the value of the startup.
