A complex operation that has consisted of the sale of a singular property, jointly owned by two companies, belonging to two different family groups. Together with the transfer of the property, a third company has been sold, belonging to a third family group, which was the one that managed the residence. The acquirer is a prominent group of companies, specialized in the management of nursing homes for the elderly.
