tomarial has organized this information session due to the importance of the new regulation, which comes after a long debate over the last year and intense negotiations between the Government and the social agents. The text of the standard has been released with the publication of the Royal Decree-Law 32/2021, of December 28, of urgent measures for labor reform, the guarantee of job stability and the transformation of the labor market.
This norm brings substantial changes in the legal framework regulating labor relations in our country, as we have already analyzed in depth in our Special Report on Labor Reform. Restrictions on temporary hiring and its new framework, internal flexibility measures, the return to the application priority of sector agreements on wages and the ultra-activity of agreements and subcontracting are the main matters that have been subject to change. .
