Last Thursday, May 25, 2017, TOMARY celebrated a Legal breakfast about COMPLIANCE . The speakers Mr. Tomás Vázquez Lépinette, Partner of the legal area of the Firm and Mrs. Carmen Mª Zarzo Martínez, Lawyer expert in Compliance, explained the need for the development and implementation in SMEs of a COMPLIANCE PROGRAM in accordance with the new regulation of the Penal Code.
The attendees had the opportunity to know the requirements that said program must meet to be suitable and effective in the intended purpose of mitigation and exoneration of criminal responsibility of the legal entity, for the crimes committed by its representatives or by its employees, being able to raise all kinds of questions, doubts and problems of application in their companies.
