Interface Magazine has published an interview with our CEO, Miguel Ángel Molina, in which he discusses Tomarial Abogados, Economistas y Consultores' commitment to talent retention and the career plan of its team as one of the keys to continuing to be a benchmark in global business consulting.
The interview also addresses the career of Miguel Ángel Molina, who took on the role of CEO last January at the age of 40. “I face this challenge with great pride and great satisfaction: for me it is a great reward to take on the executive management of the firm where I have developed my entire professional career. But it also entails a great responsibility to lead a firm that currently has a staff of 35 professionals, five external collaborators and four partners,” says Molina.
Regarding talent retention, Tomarial's CEO says that it is "one of the challenges of the sector" and explains the firm's formula for carrying it out: "We are applying a recipe that consists of listening to and attending to the professional, knowing their concerns, making them feel supported by management, offering them flexibility, conciliation and a remuneration package in line with their functions, responsibilities assumed and results obtained."
