tomarial will soon offer a day of Valencia Chamber Club dedicated to taxes declared unconstitutional and their consequences for the taxpayer. The session, initially scheduled for April 12, has been postponed. We will announce the date of the celebration later.
It will be a free session given by the CEO of Tomarial, Miguel Angel Molina y Raphael Donet, director of our Tax Procedures Department.
Recently there have been two rulings by the Constitutional Court on the so-called “municipal capital gains” tax, the Tax on the Increase in Value of Urban Land and, on the measures approved in the Corporate Tax through Royal Decree Law 3/2016 , December 2. In both cases the unconstitutionality of these taxes has been declared. How this affects taxpayers and the possibility of claiming what was taxed for them will be analyzed.
