The suspension of bankruptcy and administrative terms

With the declaration of the state of alarm, the terms and deadlines provided for in the procedural laws of all jurisdictional and administrative orders have been interrupted. Royal Decree 463/2020 in its second additional provision thus provides: "The calculation of the terms will resume when this Royal Decree or, where appropriate, its extensions lose force".
