The CEO tomarial, Miguel Angel Molina, was invited to the program The Afternoon with Marina from 99.9 Valencia Radio, where he addressed key issues such as public aid, the proposed increase in the minimum interprofessional wage (SMI) and recent measures related to housing.

A 2024 marked by regulatory reforms

During his speech, Miguel Ángel reflected on the impact of 2024 in the business sector, highlighting that 23 royal decrees were approved with important new features and reforms in fiscal, accounting, commercial and labour areas. According to Molina, this volume of changes represents a challenge for companies and consultancies, which must constantly adapt to an evolving regulatory environment.

“Many times, so many reforms generate uncertainty,” said Miguel Ángel, highlighting the difficulties faced by business owners and professionals in staying up to date.

Minimum interprofessional wage: a moderate increase

Regarding the Ministry of Labour's proposal to increase the SMI by 50 euros per month, Molina pointed out that, although less significant than the increases in previous years, these had already entailed a considerable effort for companies.

“The previous increases in the SMI were very significant and companies noticed it. This new proposal, although more moderate, continues to be a factor to take into account for business planning.”

Measures on housing: impact on the housing stock

Another important topic was the current situation regarding the measures related to housing that the central government has announced. According to Tomarial's CEO, some of these policies could have a significant impact on the housing stock and, therefore, on an essential element for citizens such as access to housing.

“Decisions made in this area can have a significant impact on the real estate market and on people's lives,” said Molina.

Recognition of corporate solidarity

Miguel Ángel also wanted to highlight the solidarity shown by companies and entrepreneurs in the areas affected by the DANA, highlighting their key role in helping the victims. “The response of the companies was exemplary, demonstrating a great capacity to support in difficult times for many families.”

In this program of The Afternoon with MarinaMiguel Ángel Molina shared a discussion table with other prominent professionals such as Juan Remoli Beltran, CEO and CTO of Securizable, and Lucas Guerrero, CEO of the Lucas Guerrero International Karting Track.
