Tomarial CEO Miguel Angel Molina has participated in the program The Afternoon with Marina from 99.9 Valencia Radio, in which they discussed artificial intelligence, from the uses that businessmen give to this technology, its practicality, the risks of its use or how legislation is far behind new techniques.
On this occasion, Molina has shared the program with Alfonso Moliner, insurance account executive at Coinbroker, Alfonso Conesa López, CEO at Fotón Asesores SL and Enrique Rubio, general manager of the publishing house Cuadernos Rubio.
“When I hear the word artificial, something makes me suspicious,” joked Miguel Angel Molina, who explained that there is a lot of talk about artificial intelligence in the legal sector for repetitive tasks but that in reality its use is quite limited. “Imagine drafting a simple lease contract using AI, it would be dangerous because it can lead to many errors.” In addition, the CEO of Tomarial has stressed that the use of artificial intelligence in the legal field can come into conflict with rights such as data protection, since a lot of sensitive data is used to draft documents, and the fundamental right to privacy.”
Guests agreed that people are what matters and that even if artificial intelligence is used for some repetitive tasks, the final result must always be reviewed and humanized.
