Tomarial CEO Miguel Ángel Molina has participated in the program The Afternoon with Marina from 99.9 Valencia Radio, where they discussed the rights of employers with respect to workers or the lack of leadership in the political class.

In this regard, Miguel Ángel Molina has stated that Spanish labour regulations are aimed at protecting and safeguarding employees in situations that have occurred in recent times and have generated an overprotection of labour regulations that in many cases leads to unfair assumptions.

“There are times when employees abuse labour regulations, and yet there are other circumstances that go unpunished, but this is a reality that is up to the courts. But if there is one thing that is obvious, the regulations in this country are regulations aimed at the worker.”

The CEO of Tomarial has shared a discussion table with Pilar Garcés, founder of Garcés Correduría; Juan Antonio Ramírez, CEO of Coleval and Enrique Rubio, general manager of the publishing house Cuadernos Rubio.
