Tomarial CEO Miguel Ángel Molina has participated in the program The Afternoon with Marina from 99.9 Valencia Radio, which discussed how companies manage their human resources and adapt their talent acquisition and retention strategies in a changing labour market.
In this regard, Molina explained that, at present, for the worker, the salary package has been put on the back burner and priority is given to flexibility, flexible remuneration, the ability to exchange vacation days based on access to hours, the possibility of teleworking, in short, emotional salary. “After the pandemic, there has been a change in the worker in which he prioritizes his personal life, conciliation,” he admitted.
The CEO of Tomarial has considered that the obligations in the workplace that have been approved in recent years, such as time recording, salary registration, salary audits, and anti-harassment protocols against LGBTI people, are “excessive”, since they not only affect large companies but also SMEs that have to allocate economic resources and time costs on the part of their team to address these issues.
The CEO of Tomarial has shared a discussion table with Juan Carlos García López, Managing Director of Sucesores de Leonardo, Javier Gandía, General Manager of Bodegas Vicente Gandía and Pilar González, Corporate Sales Manager of Grupo Dacsa.
