Beatrice Ferreres has the double degree ADE + Law (University of Valencia), completing his training with a Master of Law at the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona (IDEC) specializing in Commercial Law. Before joining Tomarial, she has provided her services as a Lawyer in the Civil and Commercial Law Department of the Barcelona law firm “Pedrosa Lagos”, acquiring experience in corporate law, intellectual property law, restructuring and insolvency operations, resolution of legal consultations and legal advice to national and international companies. He completed his professional internship at the Baker & Mckenzie Law Firm in the Commercial Law Department.
Joaquin J. Sánchez Pons, He has a Law Degree from the University of Valencia, subsequently completing the Master of Access to Law at the University of Valencia. He is currently studying the Master in Taxation and Tax Advice given by the Center for Financial Studies and the Distance University of Madrid in Valencia. Prior to joining Tomaial, he has practiced in the Fiscal Department of KPMG where he has gained experience in writing documents, reviewing tax models and resolving queries in relation to Value Added Tax, Corporation Tax, the Personal Income Tax and local taxes, among others.
With these additions, Tomarial, Abogados y Asesores Tributarios continues the development of its strategic plan that includes growth in its Areas of specialization, both Tax and Legal.
