"LEGAL STRATEGY IN THE CORPORATE CONFLICTS”: Few mercantile societies escape the conflict between the partners. The struggle between minority partners and majority partners in closed societies is a daily reality. In this context, the present work is intended to give the reader wicker so that he can act in defense of the interests of minority partners or, if the interests of the majority are defended, to counteract them. This work is therefore praxeological, in the sense that prepares thought for action. The work incorporates the teachings of theory and praxis and, with special attention to reality, allows the reader interested in corporate law to understand the reason for corporate conflicts, the instruments that the minority has to force a negotiation with the majority and the content of an eventual negotiation between the majority and minority partners. Hence, in the first case, in general, the strategy of the corporate conflict (Chapter I), the causes of the corporate conflict (Chapter II), the specific weapons of the minority (Chapter III) and, finally, the desired result of the conflict, namely, the negotiation and its content (Chapter IV).
