Directory ProDispatches has recognized Tomarial with the award for the best professional career in the III edition of its Awards for Innovation in professional offices. The specialized portal ProDespachos presented this national award at an event in Barcelona to Antonio Ballester, managing partner of the firm. The jury has valued Tomarial's journey from its founding in Valencia in 2007 to consolidating itself as a reference firm in comprehensive advice to companies, with constant growth. Currently, Tomarial Abogados, Economistas y Consultores has offices in Valencia, Madrid and Barcelona and has more than 35 professionals.
At the award ceremony, Jordi Amado, founder of ProDespachos, spoke on behalf of the jury, highlighting Tomarial's career as "its valuable services" and its commitment to growth through the integration of other firms, evolving with the implementation of new specialized services to cover all the needs of the companies it advises. He also recalled that this firm was founded by Antonio Ballester and Tomás Vázquez Lépinette with the priority of offering excellent and specialized care, maintaining these values throughout its history.
Antonio Ballester, as managing partner of the firm, thanked on behalf of the entire Tomarial team the award given by ProDespachos in collaboration with Emprendedores magazine. And it has highlighted the professional value of all its professionals as the key to achieving the trust of clients over the years: “We have been growing, but always being faithful to a formula that combines excellence and closeness in service to companies. . In the round table held after the awards ceremony, Antonio Ballester pointed out talent retention as the biggest challenge that firms now face.
