Antonio ballester, Managing Partner of Tomarial Abogados and Tax Advisors, has attended the I Bankruptcy and Corporate Congress held in Madrid on June 13 and 14 and has been organized by the Madrid Bar Association, In collaboration with the Barcelona Law School and Professional Association of Bankruptcy Administrators (APACSA).
Under the direction of the magistrate of the Commercial Court No. 2 of Madrid, Andrés Sánchez Magro, the Congress has been developed through different round tables and dynamic and participatory workshops of great interest in which numerous experts have participated, including they ten magistrates of the Mercantile of Madrid
This congress, held at the headquarters of the Bar Association of Madrid, has brought together more than 100 people to analyze, in a transversal way and with an eminent practical approach, bankruptcy and corporate law.
