Our fiscal area partner, Miguel Angel Molina, has taught the Taxation module within the degree in Law with specialization in the international field - International Law and European Law- which offers as its own title the University Cardinal Herrera CEU San Pablo.
Throughout the module, students will expand their knowledge on this subject by addressing the study of the sources of International Tax Law, the criteria for the establishment of residence, the taxation of income obtained by non-residents, as well as the actions of the BEPS project ( OECD Base Erosion and Profit Shifting).
This degree is taught at the Moncada-Alfara campus, the Law Degree has 240 ECTS and the specialization degree has 45 ECTS. The sessions of the own degree are received in the same classroom, with schedules adjusted to those of the Degree and in small groups.
