Tomarial has sealed an international collaboration agreement with Jingsh Law Firm, a Chinese office with a great deployment in the Asian giant. Jingsh Law Firm has 47 offices in China and seven in other countries in Asia, Europe and North America. The alliance with Tomarial is the first it establishes in Spain and the third in Europe, after having established itself in Paris and London. It currently has 3.500 lawyers and 15.000 clients around the world.
The agreement has been sealed in Beijing and Valencia, in a signing by videoconference. And it encompasses cooperation with all Jingsh Law Firm offices, including those operating outside of China, which are coordinated from its Canadian headquarters in Montreal. A reciprocal cooperation agreement signed electronically by the managing partner of Tomarial, Antonio Ballester, and by Fu Ying, global partner de Jingsh and director of the firm in North America. Valencia will join the list of cities where this Chinese firm currently operates: New York, Montreal, Paris, London, Seoul, Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong. Tomarial has sealed a double cooperation with Beijing Jingsh Law Firm and Jingsh Canada Legal Group.
Tomarial expands with this new agreement its wide network of international alliances. The firm, with headquarters in Valencia and offices in Madrid and Barcelona, is the only Spanish member of the Russian Asian Legal Association (RALA) and maintains bilateral collaborations with eight other legal firms in Europe and Asia.
The international advisory vocation of Tomarial has been strengthened in the last two years, sealing agreements with law firms from Russia, India, the United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh.
