Tomarial will integrate the office García Carrión Assesors SL in its structure, thus taking a new step in its 2019-2021 strategic growth plan, growing its professional team to 45 professionals and its client portfolio. The García Carrión Assessors firm is a Valencian consultancy founded in 1985 by Juan Antonio Soriano Martínez, an economist and lawyer. During its long existence, it has specialized in advice and tax and labor management for SMEs and self-employed entrepreneurs. In particular, García Carrión Assessors has advised family businesses in the drafting of family protocol and partner agreements, in addition to developing an important and specialized activity in the area of successor planning and transfers to heirs. Before joining the Tomarial team, García Carrión managed a client portfolio of 100 companies and the professional team is made up of a lawyer, two economists and a social graduate.
Growth Plan 2019-2021
In Tomarial loans professional services of advice on legal, tax and labor matters. Subsequently we have been extending them to other areas such as human resources, compliance (preventive criminal), data protection and financial advice and strategic consulting, and financial companies.
In order to adapt to the new demands of the market and in view of the need to provide global solutions to the interests of our clients, Tomarial grows again - within its 2019-2021 Strategic Plan - to also offer the services in which they are specialized the firms that join the project, thus offering a portfolio of global and multidisciplinary services in the legal and fiscal field. The management team of Tomarial is formed by lawyers Antonio Ballester Sánchez (Managing Partner), Tomás Vázquez Lépinette (Founding Partner and Director of the Legal Department), Carlos del Romero Sánchez-Cutillas (Honorary Member), Miguel Ángel Molina Martínez (Partner Fiscal area), Rafael Martínez Medina (Business Development and Strategic Consulting Area Partner). And from now on Juan Antonio Soriano Martínez joins as a member counsel and he will develop his work, in the company of what his team has been, at the headquarters of the office in Valencia.
