Tomarial Lawyers, Economists and Consultants has appointed María del Romero as the firm's new manager, a newly created position designed to serve as a strategic link between management and a constantly growing team. María del Romero, who was appointed Deputy Manager last year, will assume this new responsibility while continuing to lead the Administration and Finance department. This appointment is part of the firm's ongoing internal renewal and modernization process.
María del Romero holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Business Consulting. Of her 29-year career, she has spent the last thirteen at the firm. With this appointment, the Valencian firm continues its internal renewal strategy to take on new challenges and advance its 2024-2027 Strategic Plan.

In her new position, María del Romero will accompany Tomás Vázquez Lépinette, president of the firm, and Miguel Ángel Molina, CEO, in the management and coordination of the firm. He will also continue to support the CEO in the renewal of work structures and the modernization of internal processes, key to this stage of Tomarial's transformation.
