TOMARIAL, Lawyers and Tax Advisors has appointed Rafael Donet Sepulveda new director of the tax procedures area (tax litigation) of the Firm.
Donet, joins the Firm he directs Antonio ballester and will be responsible for the area of tax procedures, an area in which he has extensive professional experience after passing through several national and international firms.
Rafael Donet, has a law degree from the University of Valencia and a master's degree in taxation from the School of Public Finance. Throughout his 15 years of professional experience, he has worked in different legal firms and has extensive experience in preparing resources against all kinds of acts dictated by the tax enforcement bodies and before all instances of review both Administrative as judicial. He also has extensive knowledge in the field of tax procedures and cadastral verification, corporate restructuring and divestment operations as well as liability derivations.
