Valencia, March 9, 2026. The agreement was signed on February 25th and affects a total of 541 employees.
The agreement, signed between the company's management and the workers' legal representatives, will be in effect until December 31, 2028, and establishes the new regulatory framework for working conditions in the company.
Santiago Blanes, a partner in the firm's Labor Law department, stated that "it was a long negotiation process because several difficult issues were raised, but in the end, an agreement was reached." He explained that the agreed-upon text "addresses the concerns of both parties: on the one hand, the company, which has been able to implement a new professional classification system that reflects the company's current situation and that of its various departments; and on the other hand, the employees, whose expectations regarding improved compensation and a better distribution of working hours and breaks have been met."
The new agreement also incorporates specific measures regarding diversity and prevention. Specifically, it includes planned measures concerning LGBTI people, a protocol for action against harassment and violence against LGBTI people, and a protocol of risk prevention measures in the event of disasters and other adverse weather events.
