Tomarial Lawyers, Economists and Consultants has renewed its management with the appointment of Tomás Vázquez Lépinette as president and Miguel Ángel Molina as CEO of the office. A renewal process that is committed to continuity and youth at the same time, since it places two partners at the head of our firm: Tomás Vázquez Lépinette, founder of Tomarial and head of its Legal Area, and Miguel Ángel Molina, who At 39 years old, he is the youngest partner in the firm and has developed his entire professional career there.
The new management of Tomarial recognizes the legacy of Antonio Ballester, whom it considers a reference for the firm's professional team and appreciates his work as managing partner since its foundation. The generational change has been formalized as contemplated in the corporate statutes of the firm, founded in 2007 and which currently has 35 professionals working at its headquarters in Valencia and in its offices in Madrid and Barcelona.
Tomas Vazquez Lepinette He is a founding partner of Tomarial, lawyer, doctor of law and professor of Commercial Law at the University of Valencia. Throughout his career he has always combined his professional practice as head of the Legal Department of the firm and his teaching activity at the university. Miguel Angel Molina, lawyer and Master in Tax Law, joined Tomarial in 2008 and has been a partner in the Tax Area since 2017. Now named CEO of the firm, he marks among his priorities “developing and fulfilling a strategic plan that allows us to continue growing, advancing both in the modernization of structures and in digitalization. The excellence of the professional service will continue to be our primary objective, always adapting to the new needs that companies demand of us and providing solutions.”
