Last Thursday, November 24 Raphael Robledo Associate of the Fiscal Area of Tomarial gave a conference on the Taxation on Corporation Tax and VAT of Non-profit Entities in the Network of Technological Institutes of the Valencian Community
The conference, which lasted all morning, was attended by all the Directors of Administration and Finance of the Technology Centers of the Valencian Community. In it, the particularity of these entities in the Corporation Tax was studied and the regime established in Law 49/2002 of patronage was also analyzed. Finally, the particularities of VAT in these types of entities were examined.
