On May 12, the 2017 Tax Forum. This initiative, which will have the participation of prestigious speakers, aims to serve as a forum for debate on those aspects of tax regulations and jurisprudence that present greater uncertainty in the development of the professional activity of tax consultant economists. For the inaugural session the rapporteur Guest has been Manuel de Miguel, Deputy General Director of Income Taxes of Individuals of the Ministry of Finance and Public Function, who analyzed the most controversial aspects of personal income tax, among others, the extinction of labor relations; the remuneration of administrators and partners of professional societies; the tax regime for impatriates and expatriates; the new treatment of labor income with a generation period exceeding two years; the tax incidence of the declaration of nullity of contracts and extrajudicial agreements; the new regulation of subscription rights sales and new treatment of capital reductions in unlisted entities in organized markets; or the study of administrative doctrine (DGT and TEAC) evacuated since January 1, 2016, more relevant. The session, which was very busy, was attended by Manuel Cabrera, special delegate of the AEAT Valencia, Carmen Longares, coordinating inspector of the Special Delegation of the AEAT Valencia, by Miguel Ángel Andreu, head of the Regional Management Unit Tax, by Jaime Sanz, Regional Inspector of the AEAT Valencia, of Bernardo Vidal, former deputy general director of IRPF of the Ministry, of Juan José Enriquez, dean of the COEV, as well as of other representatives of organizations and entities that collaborate with the Training Area of ​​the College of Economists of Valencia.
