Tomarial has made two appointments, which are part of its internal renewal process: Maria del Romero is the new one attached to the direction of the office and Sheila Penarrubia assumes management of Euro Business. The two professionals assume new roles within our firm by decision of the new office address who lead Tomas Vazquez Lepinette as president and Miguel Angel Molina as CEO of the firm.
María del Romero will combine her position as deputy director with the direction of the Administration and Finance area of Tomarial. With a diploma in Business Sciences and a master's degree in Business Consulting, she has had a 28-year professional career, the last twelve of which she has spent at the firm.
Sheila Peñarrubia has been part of the Tax Department of the firm since 2022 and now assumes the management of Euro Business Server, a Tomarial firm specialized in the documentary processing of all types of operations that must be subject to registration, such as corporate, real estate, donations and inheritances.
With these appointments, the firm continues its internal renewal strategy to take on new challenges and advance its 2024-2027 Strategic Plan. María del Romero, as deputy director, will support the new CEO of Tomarial, Miguel Ángel Molina, in the renewal of work structures and the modernization of internal processes. As part of this new strategy, it has been decided to promote the Eurobusiness firm, which is responsible for the documentary processing of deeds before the public registries, as well as processing and settling inheritance and donation operations, completing the obligations before the Commercial Registry and giving Support to clients in certain accounting and tax procedures.
